Any engagement of our services is subject to a separate written agreement between RogerRoger and the client.

If you submit information through our contact form (e.g., name, email, project details), you grant us the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

References to client names, projects, or work samples on the Site reflect past or current business relationships and are used with permission or in accordance with applicable agreements. Display of a client name or project does not imply that the client endorses any other product or service offered by RogerRoger.

The Site may link to or embed third-party content (e.g., video players) or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. Inclusion of a third-party link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
